Comedienne Phyllis Diller, notable for her frumpy appearance, once joked, "I'm 7 years behind on my ironing!" Well, I'm only 5 months behind in acknowledging my welcome to this site (not too bad for me), but I've finally gotten around to saying thank you. I haven't written much poetry in the past 18 months. My life has taken a few bizarre turns and my muse is confused. Hmmm.....there could be poem in there somewhere.....My confused muse simply refused......hahahahahaha........oh well, maybe not.

Anyway, thank you for allowing me to be part of this community. I hope to make a worthwhile contribution or at least be a good neighbor. Now pens up! Ready, set, write!
